IXGO MX FIVE

The IXGO MX FIVE model from 2024 presents itself as a versatile mountain bike that is available for a price of EUR 1199. The frame of the bike has a classic diamond design and contributes to a total weight of 14 kg, while the permissible total weight is 130 kg. The braking system consists of Shimano components, with BR-MT 200 brakes both front and rear, complemented by BL-MT200 brake levers. The brake discs are sized 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear, both as Shimano SM-RT26 with 6-BOLT mounting.

A Microshift SL-M851 gear lever with 11 gears takes care of the shifting. The fork is a Suntour XCR34-AIR-Boost with a suspension travel of 140 mm, which ensures a comfortable ride on uneven terrain. The pedals are of the Matrix FP-803ZU type, while the crankset is a Matrix SR-11-C with 32 teeth and a length of 170 mm. The cassette is a Microschift CS-H113 with a gear ratio of 11-46 teeth. The drivetrain is complemented by a Shimano CN-LG500 chain.

The handlebars are a Matrix MTB-AL-320BT with a width of 740 mm, a backsweep of 9 degrees and a rise of 20 mm. The grips are Matrix VLG-1820-11D2, and the stem is a Matrix TDS-C602-8FOV with a length of 60 mm and an angle of 17 degrees, also SP Connect ready. The headset is semi-integrated and tapered. The rims are Mach1 CROSS-R 23 with 32 holes, combined with Maxxis Rekon Race tyres in tanwall design.

The hubs are Matrix KT-MS6F at the front and KT-H5ER at the rear, both equipped with thru axles. The spokes are black and come from Sapim. The saddle is a Selle Italia X Supferflow, mounted on a Matrix SP-C255 seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm and a length of 350 mm. The geometry of the bike comprises a reach of 442 mm, a seat tube length of 430 mm, a top tube length of 608 mm as well as a head tube angle of 65 degrees and a seat tube angle of 70 degrees. The head tube measures 90 mm in length, supplemented by 30 mm spacers. The chainstay length is 435 mm, the bottom bracket drop is 60 mm and the fork pre-bend measures 51 mm. The wheelbase of the MX FIVE is 1192 mm in total. This model offers a balanced mix of stability and agility for different riding conditions.
