IXGO MT TWO

The 2024 IXGO MT TWO model is a versatile bicycle suitable for both everyday use and occasional trips. Priced at 769 euros, it offers excellent value for money. The trapezoidal frame gives the bike a modern look and ensures well-balanced stability. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike’s own weight is 15 kg, making it relatively light and easy to handle.

The braking system consists of Shimano BR-MT 200 brakes on both the front and rear wheels, operated by Shimano AEF500 brake levers. The brake discs are also from Shimano, model SM-RT10, with a diameter of 160 mm and feature the Centre Lock system. The gear system is controlled by a Shimano AEF500 shifter and offers a total of 24 gears. The front derailleur is the Shimano Tourney FD-TY600, which guarantees precise gear changes.

The MT TWO’s fork is the HL 565D with 80 mm of travel, ensuring sufficient comfort on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the AXA Echo 15 front light (15 lux) and the AXA Slim rear light with a parking light function, ensuring safety in low-light conditions. The pedals are Matrix FP-803ZU, and the crankset is a Shimano FC-TY301 with 42x34x24 teeth and a length of 170 mm.

The cassette is a Shimano ACSHG2008 with 12–32 teeth, 8-speed, combined with a KMC Z8 drivetrain. The handlebars are Matrix MTB-AL-110PP, 600 mm wide with a diameter of 25.4 mm, fitted with Herrmans Diamond DD25 grips for optimum grip. The stem is the Matrix TDS-C340-8, 60 mm long and SP Connect-ready. The semi-integrated headset is the Matrix H115M model.

The rims are Mach1 ER-20, each with 32 holes on the front and rear wheels, fitted with Matrix V45 Winner Reflex tyres. The hubs are by Shimano: the ADH3D37 model at the front with a hub dynamo and the FH-TX5058 model at the rear, both also with 32 holes. The spokes are black and are made by Sapim.

The saddle is the Matrix D040 model, mounted on a Matrix SP-C208 seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm. In addition, the bike features Matrix clip-on mudguards and an Atran Velo Parko stand, which further enhance its suitability for everyday use. Overall, the IXGO MT TWO is a well-equipped bike that impresses in terms of both technology and comfort.
