IXGO CT FOUR

The 2024 IXGO CT FOUR model is a versatile bicycle which, at a price of 899 EUR, represents an attractive option for cyclists who value quality and functionality. The bike’s frame features a classic diamond design and contributes to a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 16 kg.

The CT FOUR’s braking system consists of Shimano components, with both front and rear brakes fitted with the BR-MT 200 model. The brake levers are also by Shimano and are designated BL-MT200. The front brake disc has a diameter of 180 mm and the rear one 160 mm; both feature Shimano’s SM-RT10 Centre Lock system.

The bike’s drivetrain is supported by a Shimano Cues SL-U4000 9-speed shifter, and the front derailleur is also a Shimano Cues FD-U4010. In total, the CT FOUR has 18 gears, complemented by the Shimano CS-LG3009 cassette with 11–36 teeth. The crankset is a Shimano Cues FC-U4010 with a gear ratio of 46x30 and a crank length of 170 mm.

The bike’s fork is an HL 595S AMS HLO with a lockout and offers 60 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride. The lighting comprises a Matrix Sport Eco LED front light with 20 LUX and a Matrix Z-Fire Mini rear light, which ensures safety when cycling at night.

The wheels are fitted with Mach 1 ER-20 rims, each with 32 holes. The tyres are Kenda, model K-1214, and the hubs are from Shimano; the front hub is an ADH3D37 hub dynamo and the rear hub features an FH-TX5058-QR quick-release axle. Stainless steel spokes with a diameter of 2 mm complete the wheelset.

The handlebars are Matrix MTB-AL-320, with a width of 700 mm, a rise of 20 mm and a backsweep of 9 degrees. The grips are Herrmans Shark Lock and the stem is a Matrix HL TDS-D479 A-Head with a length of 90 mm and an angle of 7 degrees. The headset is semi-integrated, model Matrix H156E.

The Selle Royal Mach 6553 saddle, mounted on a Matrix SP-255 seatpost with a diameter of 30.4 mm and a length of 300 mm, provides additional comfort. SKS Velo mudguards, as well as a chain guard and an Atran Velo Parko bike stand, are also included.

The geometry of the CT FOUR is defined by measurements such as a reach of 386 mm, a stack of 634 mm and a seat tube length of 500 mm. The head tube angle is 70 degrees, the seat tube angle is 68 degrees and the chainstay length is 455 mm. The wheelbase measures 1101 mm in total. These carefully calibrated dimensions contribute to balanced riding dynamics, making the bike suitable for both everyday use and longer rides.
