The “DrivE S8 grey” model from the i:SY brand, released in 2021, is a high-quality e-bike that impresses with its well-thought-out features and robust build quality. Priced at 2899 EUR, it offers a wide range of features and components suitable for both everyday use and longer rides. The bike’s frame is made of aluminium and is specifically designed to integrate the Bosch system. The maximum load capacity is 140 kg, which is a considerable load capacity for an e-bike in this class.

The braking system on the “DrivE S8 grey” comprises MAGURA “HS22” brakes and brake levers, which ensure reliable and powerful braking performance. The saddle is a SELLE ROYAL “Nuvola 5060”, mounted on a CONTEC Patent aluminium seatpost measuring Ø 27.2 x 400 mm. CURANA “C-Lite” mudguards made from composite material protect against splashing water, whilst a HEBIE “Chainglider” chain guard covers the chain. The kickstand is a PLETSCHER “Comp 18 Flex”, and the luggage rack is a RACKTIME “Stand it Shine Evo i:SY” with an integrated light.

The bike’s motor is a BOSCH “Active” mid-drive motor with a rated continuous power output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V. The battery is a BOSCH lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 400 Wh (11.11 Ah), which, in combination with the BOSCH “Intuvia” display, enables convenient control via four levels as well as a push-assist function.
