i:SY Cargo N3.8 ZR 600

The 2022 i:SY Cargo N3.8 ZR 600 is a versatile cargo bike which, at a price of 5,249 EUR, offers robust and well-designed features. The bike’s frame is an original i:SY Cargo unisex frame with a height of 47 cm, which allows for a maximum gross weight of up to 200 kg. The bike itself weighs 39 kg.

Safe and reliable braking performance is ensured by TRP’s hydraulic 4-piston E-Cargo disc brakes at both the front and rear, complemented by TRP R1 brake discs with a diameter of 180 mm. The brake lever is a TRP Clean Cockpit 3-finger lever. Gear changes are controlled via a continuously variable ENVIOLO hub gear system, operated by an ENVIOLO Manual Shifter. Power is transmitted via a GATES CDX Centretrack toothed belt, which is renowned for its durability and low maintenance requirements.

The fork is an original i:SY Cargo rigid fork, and the bike is fitted with i:SY handlebars measuring 37 mm in height and 660 mm in width. The ergonomic ERGON GP10 grips provide additional comfort whilst riding. The stem is an i:SY model with a length of 70 mm, combined with a SPEEDLIFTER Twist T22, which offers a height of 220 mm.

Lighting is provided by the FUXON FF-100HB front light with a 100 lux LED and high beam, as well as a COMUS COB-LED rear light, which is integrated into the luggage rack. The bike is fitted with VP Components folding pedals and a STRONGLIGHT Magan e-bike crankset with a crank length of 170 mm. The rims are RYDE Andra 40 Disc with 32 2.0 mm stainless steel spokes and are fitted with SCHWALBE Pick Up Super Defense tyres in size 62-406.

The saddle is a VELO Zecure model with Hydro Foam padding in size S, mounted on an i:SY seatpost with a length of 415 mm and a diameter of 34.9 mm. The mudguards are SKS Bluemels, 65 mm wide and 20” in diameter. A Horn Catena chain guard is also fitted.

The kickstand is a PLETSCHER Kickstand Comp 40 Flex, and the bike is fitted with an Abus ISY lock set. The i:SY Carrier luggage rack features a Monkey Load adapter, which makes it easier to attach bags.

The Cargo N3.8 ZR 600 is powered by a BOSCH Performance Line Cargo motor with an output of 250 W at 36 V. The accompanying BOSCH PowerPack battery has a capacity of 500 Wh (36 V, 13.8 Ah) and is charged using a BOSCH standard charger with a charging rate of 4 Ah.
