Husqvarna E-Bicycles Gran Urban 4

The 2021 “Gran Urban 4” model from Husqvarna E-Bicycles is a versatile e-bike suitable for both urban and occasional off-road use. The price for this model is 3,799 EUR. The frame is made from a robust 6061 alloy construction with an urban design and an integrated battery compartment, supporting a maximum permissible weight of up to 130 kg. The bike’s kerb weight is 26 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, with a front brake disc measuring 180 mm in diameter. Gear shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore RD-M6000 Shadow Plus 10-speed system, controlled by the Shimano Deore SL-M6000 Rapidfire Plus shifter. The fork is an SR Suntour Mobie A32 NLO with 75 mm of travel and a tapered head tube.

The saddle and seatpost are ergonomically designed, with the latter being a dropper post. Mudguards, an adjustable kickstand and a luggage rack featuring the CarryMore system complete the specification.

The Gran Urban 4 is powered by a Shimano STePS DU-E6100 motor with an output of 250 watts and a torque of 60 Nm (50 Nm when used with 8-speed hubs). The battery is a Shimano BT-E8035 with a capacity of 504 Wh, offering a voltage of 36 V and a capacity of 14 Ah. Controls and display are provided by the Shimano SC-E6100 LCD display, which supports both ANT+ and Bluetooth.
