Husqvarna E-Bicycles Eco City 4 FW

The "Eco City 4 FW" model from Husqvarna E-Bicycles, launched in 2020, is a versatile e-bike that is particularly well suited to urban use. It is available at a price of 2799 EUR and offers a wide range of technical features and specifications that ensure both comfort and functionality. The frame is constructed from 26/28-inch 6061 alloy in the City Wave design, featuring a compact interface with an O.L.D. of 135 mm and a post-mount for 160 mm brakes. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 25 kg.

Safety and control are ensured by SHIMANO BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 2-piston technology. The front brake disc has a diameter of 180 mm, whilst the rear measures 160 mm. The drivetrain is fitted with the SHIMANO NEXUS SG-C6001-8D 8-speed system, operated via a SHIMANO NEXUS SL-C6000-8 Revo shifter. The SR SUNTOUR NEX E25 fork offers additional comfort on uneven roads with 50 mm of suspension travel.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with a HERRMANS MR-GO e-bike front light and a HERRMANS H-Trace e-bike rear light, both of which comply with the StVZO (German Road Traffic Regulations). The drivetrain is complemented by a KMC Z1wide EPT chain, whilst the crankset features a robust HUSQVARNA alloy construction.

The cockpit is completed by a HUSQVARNA alloy handlebar with a width of 640 mm and a rise of 44 mm, as well as ergonomic city grips. The stem is also made from alloy and offers an adjustable length of 90 mm with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The rims are 26-inch MACH1 MC40-E-BLK, combined with Continental Ride City tyres featuring PunctureProTection.

Power is provided by a SHIMANO STePS DU-E6100 motor with a torque of 60 Nm (reduced to 50 Nm when using the 8-speed gear system). Power is supplied by a SHIMANO BT-E8010 semi-internal battery with a capacity of 504 Wh. The SHIMANO SC-E6100 central display offers ANT+ and Bluetooth functionality for enhanced connectivity.

Additional features include a HUSQVARNA City saddle, an alloy seatpost and a 34.9 mm diameter seat clamp. Black mudguards, a height-adjustable kickstand and a luggage rack with a load capacity of up to 25 kg round off the package, making the Eco City 4 FW a reliable companion for everyday city life.
