Husqvarna E-Bicycles Eco City 3 2021

The "Eco City 3 2021" model from Husqvarna E-Bicycles offers a modern solution for urban mobility and is available at a price of 2799 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from a robust aluminium alloy (Alloy 6061) and features an integrated seat tube battery, giving the bike an elegant and functional design. Weighing 23 kg and with a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, the bike provides a solid foundation for everyday use.

The braking system consists of Tektro HD-T275 hydraulic disc brakes, with 2-piston calipers at both the front and rear. The front brake disc measures 180 mm, whilst the rear one is 160 mm, both featuring a 6-hole mounting system. Gear shifting is handled by the Shimano Deore RD-M592 with a 9-speed system, controlled by the Shimano Alivio SL-M3100 Rapidfire Plus shifter.

The Eco City 3 is fitted with an SR SUNTOUR NEX-E25 fork with 50 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride. The bike is lit by the AXA Compactline front light (20 lux) and the AXA Blueline E rear light. The pedals are made of aluminium and are also from Husqvarna.

Power is provided by the Shimano E6100 motor, which delivers 250 W of power and 60 Nm of torque. The battery has a capacity of 504 Wh at 36 V, which ensures sufficient range in urban environments. The accompanying Shimano SC-E6100 LCD display offers ANT and Bluetooth LE functionality.

The bike is fitted with a Mach1 630E wheelset, which is tubeless-ready and fitted with 28x1.85 Impac Roadpac tyres. The hubs are Husqvarna JA159F at the front and JA259R at the rear, both with quick-release axles.

The handlebars are Husqvarna Ergo with a diameter of 31.8 mm, a width of 640 mm, a sweep of 35° and a rise of 25 mm. The grips are ergonomic screw-on grips from Husqvarna. The stem is adjustable, whilst the seatpost is a dropper post.

Additional features include Tempo Eurofender mudguards, an Ursus MOOI KSA18 kickstand and a Husqvarna MIK luggage rack. The bike offers balanced geometry with a seat tube length of 520 mm, a top tube length of 630 mm and a wheelbase of 1227 mm, which contributes to a comfortable and stable ride.
