Husqvarna E-Bicycles Eco City 1

The 2020 “Eco City 1” model from Husqvarna E-Bicycles is a versatile e-bike that is ideal for urban use. Priced at 2299 EUR, it offers a balanced combination of performance and comfort. The frame is constructed from 26/28-inch 6061 alloy in the City Wave design, ensuring stability and a comfortable riding position. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 23 kg.

The braking system consists of TEKTRO HD-T275 hydraulic disc brakes with 2-piston calipers, fitted with 180 mm stainless steel brake discs at the front and rear. Smooth gear changes are ensured by the SHIMANO ALTUS RD-M310L 8-speed rear derailleur in combination with the SHIMANO SL-M315-8R RAPIDFIRE PLUS shift lever. The SR SUNTOUR NEX E25 fork offers 50 mm of travel to effectively absorb bumps in the road.

The lighting comprises an AXA Compact Line 20 front light with 20 LUX and an AXA BASTA Slim Steady rear light with a parking light function, both of which comply with StVZO requirements. The e-bike is fitted with a SHIMANO STePS KDUE5000 motor delivering 40 Nm of torque and a SHIMANO BT-E8014 semi-internal battery with a capacity of 418 Wh. The central SHIMANO SC-E6100 LCD display offers ANT+ and Bluetooth functionality for easy control and monitoring.

Other features include a HUSQVARNA City saddle, a HUSQVARNA Alloy seatpost measuring 350 mm in length, and a seatpost clamp with a diameter of 34.9 mm.
