HoheAcht Pasio Terra Vulkanschiefer

The “Pasio Terra Vulkanschiefer” model from HoheAcht, launched in 2021, is a versatile and technically advanced e-bike which, at a price of 3,599 EUR, represents an attractive option for discerning cyclists. The bike’s frame is a robust aluminium diamond frame, ensuring stability and durability.

Shimano BR-MT200 2-piston brakes are fitted at the front and rear, providing reliable and controlled braking. Gear shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain combined with the Shimano Deore SL-M6000 shifter, which together provide a precise and smooth gear-changing experience.

The bike’s lighting is provided by the Herrmans H-Black MR8 E front light, with an output of 180 lumens, and the Herrmans H-Cargo E-Bike rear light with a BR-12 reflector, ensuring good visibility and safety on the road. The Marwi SP-880 pedals feature a non-slip surface, providing extra grip.

The Pasio Terra Vulkanschiefer is powered by the Shimano Steps FC-EM600 crankset, which is 170 mm long and has 38 teeth, as well as the KMC e10 EPT drive system. The Shimano Deore CS-M4100 cassette offers a range of 11–42 teeth, suitable for a variety of riding conditions. The H8 aluminium handlebars are 700 mm wide and have a diameter of 31.8 mm, whilst the stem is also made of H8 aluminium and is adjustable by 60° to allow for a comfortable riding position.

For added comfort, the bike is fitted with Herrmans Line DD36 grips and a Selle Royal Essenza Plus saddle. The seatpost is made of H8 aluminium, measures 31.6 mm in diameter and is 350 mm long. The 27.5” Mach1 Trucky 30 rims are fitted with Continental Ruban tyres (58-584, Reflex), which ensure good traction and riding comfort. The hubs are Formula Disc models fitted with Centre Lock systems.

The bike also features practical extras such as SKS A 69 R mudguards in black, a 40 mm Atran Velo Rex HV kickstand and an Atran Velo Tour 365 H-Cargo luggage rack, which can carry a payload of up to 27 kg. The model’s motor is a powerful Shimano EP8 with a torque of 85 Nm, and the battery has a capacity of 630 Wh, ensuring an impressive range. This combination makes the Pasio Terra Vulkanschiefer a reliable companion for a wide range of uses, both in everyday life and on longer tours.
