HoheAcht PASIO TERENO

The PASIO TERENO by HoheAcht, launched in 2023, is a high-quality e-bike that stands out for its well-thought-out features and robust construction. Priced at 4899 EUR, this model offers a wide range of technical features suitable for both everyday use and more demanding tours. The frame is made of aluminium and the maximum load capacity is 150 kg, indicating a stable and durable design.

The braking system is fitted with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. The front features the VR BR-M7120 four-piston brake, whilst the BR-M7100 is fitted at the rear. Both brakes are fitted with 180 mm Centre Lock brake discs, ensuring reliable braking performance. The brake levers, Shimano SLX BL-M7100, are made from light alloy and offer precise control with a two-finger design.

The PASIO TERENO is fitted with a Shimano XT Di2 12-speed derailleur, operated via the Steps SW-EN600-R shifter. This electronic gear system enables fast and precise gear changes. The crankset consists of a Shimano Steps 36-tooth chainring, combined with an FC-EM600 crankset with a length of 170 mm. The cassette is a Shimano Deore XT CS-M8100-12 with a range of 10–51 teeth, and the chain is a KMC e12 Sport EPT.

Comfort is provided by the SR Suntour MOBIE25-AIR suspension fork with 100 mm of travel. The handlebars are a Kalloy – HoheAcht model, 660 mm wide with a 25° bend, whilst the grips are by Herrmans Rib. The stem is also from Kalloy – HoheAcht and offers an adjustable angle of 0–60°.

The lighting comprises a Lezyne E-Bike Power StVZO E115 front light with 310 lumens and a Herrmans H-Cargo rear light with a parking light function. The wheels are fitted with Mach1 Trucky 30 rims and Schwalbe Al Grounder tyres, ensuring good traction and stability.

Power is provided by a Shimano Steps DU-EP801 mid-drive motor with 85 Nm of torque, which assists speeds of up to 25 km/h. The integrated battery has a capacity of 630 Wh and can be charged using the Shimano Steps EC-E8004 charger. Riding data is displayed on the Shimano Steps SC-EN600 display, which features Bluetooth and ANT Private connectivity.

Additional features include a Selle Royal Essenza Plus saddle, a Kalloy ‘HoheAcht’ suspension seatpost, as well as mudguards and an AtranVelo luggage rack with a load capacity of 27 kg. An ABUS BLO SHI IT2 XPlus lock provides security, whilst the Ursus R81 Wave kickstand ensures stability when parked. Overall, the PASIO TERENO offers a well-balanced package of performance, comfort and functionality that meets the needs of many cyclists.
