HoheAcht PASIA URBENO

The PASIA URBENO model from HoheAcht, launched in 2023, is a well-thought-out choice for urban mobility and is available at a price of 4,899 EUR. The aluminium frame contributes to a robust yet lightweight construction, enabling a maximum permissible weight of 150 kg. The braking system consists of a combination of Shimano components: the BR-MT420 four-piston brake at the front and the BR-MT410 hydraulic disc brake at the rear, complemented by the BL-MT401 light-alloy two-finger brake levers. The front and rear brake discs are fitted with Centerlock technology and each measure 180 mm in diameter.

At the heart of the drivetrain is the Shimano Steps Nexus SG-C7050 Di2, a 5-speed hub gear system with a freewheel, operated by the Steps SW-EN600-R shift lever. Power is transmitted via a low-maintenance Gates belt with 120 teeth in the distinctive blue CDX design. The SR Suntour MOBIE25-AIR suspension fork, with its 100 mm travel, offers additional comfort on uneven roads.

The lighting comprises a Lezyne E-Bike Power StVZO E115 front light with 310 lumens and a Herrmans H-Cargo rear light with a parking light function. Both are optimised for use on e-bikes and can be operated at voltages between 6–12 V. The pedals are made of aluminium and are from Marwi, whilst the crankset is fitted with a Gates chainring and a Shimano Steps crank arm set.

The PASIA URBENO features Kalloy handlebars with a width of 640 mm and a 34° bend, also made of aluminium. The Velo Plastic grips provide a comfortable grip. The stem is adjustable and also by Kalloy, whilst the headset features industrial-grade bearings from ACROS. The black Mach1 Trucky 30 rims are fitted with Schwalbe Super Moto tyres in the size 27.5'' x 2.4'', ensuring a stable and comfortable ride.

The specification is complemented by a range of practical features: a Selle Royal Essenza Plus saddle, a suspension Kalloy seatpost, powder-coated aluminium mudguards from ChingChern, an Ursus kickstand and an ABUS lock for security. The AtranVelo luggage rack can carry a load of up to 27 kg.

Power is provided by the Shimano Steps DU-EP801 mid-drive motor with a torque of 85 Nm, which assists speeds of up to 25 km/h. The integrated battery has a capacity of 630 Wh, which, in conjunction with the Shimano Steps SC-EN600 display, allows for easy monitoring of the system. The EC-E8004 charger ensures efficient recharging of the battery. Overall, the PASIA URBENO combines modern technology with well-thought-out features to meet the demands of urban cycling.
