HoheAcht Mola Tereno Goldrausch

The "Mola Tereno Goldrausch" model from HoheAcht, released in 2021, is a state-of-the-art e-bike priced at 5099 EUR. It is fitted with a robust aluminium SUV full-suspension frame, which ensures a comfortable and stable ride. The braking system consists of high-quality Shimano components, with a 180 mm Centre Lock brake disc at both the front and rear, whilst the rear brake also features an integrated speed sensor.

Gear shifting is handled by the Shimano Deore XT Di2 system with 11 speeds, operated via the Shimano Steps SW-E7000 shift levers. The lighting is also of a high standard: at the front is the Herrmans H-Black MR8 E light with an output of 180 lumens, whilst at the rear the Herrmans H-Cargo e-bike rear light with BR-12 reflector ensures visibility.

The Mola Tereno Goldrausch is fitted with Marwi SP-160 pedals and a Shimano Steps FC-EM600 crankset, which has 34 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano SLX CS-M7000, also 11-speed, with a range of 11–46 teeth. Power is transmitted via a KMC e11 EPT chain. The handlebars are made of H8 aluminium, measure 720 mm in width and have a diameter of 31.8 mm. They are complemented by Ergon GE10 Evo grips and are connected to an H8 aluminium stem.

The headset features industrial-grade bearings from Acros and contributes to steering precision. The rims are DT Swiss H 1900 Spline in 27.5” size, fitted with Schwalbe Hurricane Performance tyres, which are suitable for various types of terrain. The hubs are also from DT Swiss, model 370, and are designed for Centre Lock discs.

The Selle Royal Essenza Plus saddle offers comfort on longer rides, whilst the H8 aluminium seatpost, with a length of 350 mm, ensures stability. The bike is fitted with SKS A 69 R mudguards in black and features an Atran Velo Rex HV kickstand. The Atran Velo Tour 365 H-Cargo luggage rack can carry a load of up to 27 kg.

The e-bike is powered by the high-performance Shimano EP8 motor with a torque of 85 Nm, which, combined with a 630 Wh battery, ensures sufficient range and assistance. All in all, the Mola Tereno Goldrausch is a well-thought-out choice for cyclists who value quality, performance and versatility.
