HoheAcht Amo Tereno Weidemilch

The “Amo Tereno Weidemilch” model from the “HoheAcht” brand, launched in 2021, is a high-quality e-bike priced at 3,999 EUR. The aluminium Wave frame ensures a sturdy yet lightweight construction that offers both comfort and durability. For braking performance, the bike is fitted with Shimano SLX brakes: a 4-piston system (BR-M7120) at the front and a 2-piston system (BR-M7100) at the rear, ensuring reliable and powerful braking.

Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore XT Di2 system with 11 speeds, controlled via the Shimano Steps SW-E7000 shifter, enabling precise and effortless gear changes. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a Herrmans H-Black MR8 E front light, which delivers 180 lumens at 6–12 V, and a Herrmans H-Cargo E-Bike rear light with an integrated reflector. These ensure good visibility and safety on the road.

The Marwi SP-828 pedals feature a non-slip surface for a secure grip. The crankset consists of a Shimano Steps FC-EM600 with a length of 170 mm and is connected to the Shimano Steps EP8 motor, which delivers a torque of 85 Nm. The Shimano SLX CS-M7000 sprocket offers a gear ratio of 11 to 46 teeth and is driven by a KMC e11 EPT chain.

The handlebars are made from H8 aluminium, measure 31.8 mm in diameter and 640 mm in width, whilst the grips are Herrmans Line DD36. The stem is also made from H8 aluminium and offers 60° of adjustment, allowing for individual customisation of the riding position. The Acros headset features industrial-grade bearings, ensuring durable and smooth steering.

The bike rides on 27.5-inch Mach1 Trucky 30 rims and is fitted with Continental Contact Cruiser tyres (60-584, Reflex), which provide good traction and comfort on a variety of surfaces. The hubs are Formula Disc with Centre Lock systems at the front (15x110 mm) and rear (12x148 mm), each with 32 holes.

The Selle Royal Nuvola 5060 DRC saddle, combined with the Limotec Suspension Dropper seatpost – which offers 40+60 mm of travel – ensures additional comfort on longer rides. The SKS A 69 R mudguards in black offer protection against dirt and water. An Atran Velo Rex HV kickstand, 40 mm wide, ensures stability, whilst the Atran Velo Tour 365 H-Cargo luggage rack allows a payload of up to 27 kg.

The Shimano EP8 motor is powered by a 500 Wh battery, which provides sufficient range for extended tours. Overall, the “Amo Tereno Weidemilch” is a well-equipped e-bike that is suitable for both everyday use and longer trips.
