HoheAcht Amo Tereno Vulkanschiefer

The "Amo Tereno Vulkanschiefer" model from HoheAcht, released in 2021, is a high-quality e-bike fitted with an aluminium Wave frame. This bike is available for €3,999 and offers a wide range of technical features that make it suitable for both everyday use and longer rides.

A key feature of the “Amo Tereno Vulkanschiefer” is the powerful Shimano EP8 motor with a torque of 85 Nm, which, combined with a 500 Wh battery, provides impressive assistance. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore XT Di2 11-speed groupset, which enables precise and reliable shifting. The shift levers are Shimano Steps SW-E7000, Di9, making operation intuitive and comfortable.

Safety is ensured by Shimano brakes: the SLX BR-M7120 with 4 pistons is fitted at the front, and the SLX BR-M7100 with 2 pistons at the rear. These brakes offer excellent braking power and control in a variety of conditions. The lighting comprises the Herrmans H-Black MR8 E front light, with an output of 180 lumens, and the Herrmans H-Cargo E-Bike rear light with an integrated reflector, which ensures good visibility in traffic.

The bike is also fitted with a Marwi SP-828 anti-slip pedal, which ensures a secure grip. The crankset consists of the Shimano Steps FC-EM600, 170 mm in length, with a 38-tooth chainring, whilst the cassette is a Shimano SLX CS-M7000 with 11–46 teeth. The drivetrain is completed by the KMC e11 EPT chain.

The handlebars are made from H8 aluminium and measure 640 mm with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The grips are Herrmans Line DD36 and offer comfort on longer rides. The stem is also made from H8 aluminium, measures 90 mm and is adjustable by 60°, allowing for individual customisation. The headset features industrial-grade bearings from Acros.

The 27.5” Mach1 Trucky 30 rims are fitted with Continental Contact Cruiser tyres, which are size 60-584 and feature reflective strips. The hubs are Formula Disc with a Centre Lock system. The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola 5060 DRC model, mounted on a Limotec Suspension Dropper seatpost offering 40+60 mm of travel.

Additional features include SKS A 69 R mudguards in black, an Atran Velo Rex HV kickstand and an Atran Velo Tour 365 H-Cargo luggage rack, which can carry a load of up to 27 kg. These features make the “Amo Tereno Vulkanschiefer” a well-equipped e-bike that offers both comfort and functionality.
