HoheAcht Amo Tereno Perlwein

The “Amo Tereno Perlwein” model from the HoheAcht brand, launched in 2021, is a versatile e-bike that stands out thanks to a combination of high-quality components and well-thought-out design. The aluminium Wave frame provides a sturdy yet lightweight base for the bike, which is available at a price of 3999 EUR.

The braking system consists of a powerful combination of Shimano SLX brakes, featuring a 4-piston system at the front (BR-M7120) and a 2-piston system at the rear (BR-M7100), ensuring reliable stopping power. The bike is fitted with the Shimano Deore XT Di2, an 11-speed drivetrain, which is operated via the Shimano Steps SW-E7000 shift lever, ensuring precise gear changes.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with the Herrmans H-Black MR8 E front light, which provides good visibility with 180 lumens, as well as a Herrmans H-Cargo e-bike rear light with an integrated reflector. The pedals are Marwi SP-828 anti-slip pedals, which offer a secure grip. The crankset consists of the Shimano Steps FC-EM600, which is 170 mm long and has a 38-tooth chainring, whilst the Shimano SLX CS-M7000 cassette offers an 11-speed range of 11–46 teeth.

The drivetrain is supported by a KMC e11 EPT chain. The handlebars are an H8 aluminium model, 640 mm wide and 31.8 mm in diameter, complemented by Herrmans Line DD36 grips. The stem is also made of aluminium, measures 90 mm and is adjustable by 60° to allow for individual adjustment of the riding position. The headset features industrial-grade bearings from Acros.

The 27.5" Mach1 Trucky 30 rims are fitted with Continental Contact Cruiser tyres (60-584, Reflex), which ensure a comfortable ride. The hubs are Formula Disc models with Centre Lock systems. The Selle Royal Nuvola 5060 DRC saddle offers comfort on longer rides and is mounted on a Limotec Suspension Dropper seatpost, which offers 40+60 mm of adjustment.

Additional features include SKS A 69 R mudguards in black, an Atran Velo Rex HV kickstand and an Atran Velo Tour 365 H-Cargo luggage rack with a load capacity of up to 27 kg. The e-bike’s drive is powered by the high-performance Shimano EP8 motor with a torque of 85 Nm, fuelled by a 500 Wh battery that provides sufficient power for extended tours.
