The “Amo Monto Bernstein” model from the HoheAcht brand, launched in 2021, is a versatile e-bike that impresses with a well-thought-out combination of high-quality components and modern technology. The aluminium Wave frame ensures a sturdy yet lightweight construction, making it ideal for everyday use. Priced at 3,699 EUR, the bike is positioned in the mid-range price segment and offers a comprehensive range of features.

The braking system consists of high-performance Shimano SLX brakes, with a 4-piston system (BR-M7120) fitted at the front and a 2-piston system (BR-M7100) at the rear, ensuring reliable braking performance. The Shimano Deore XT 12-speed drivetrain is precise and robust, complemented by the Shimano Deore XT SL-M8100 shift lever. This combination enables smooth and effective gear changes.

A battery-powered lighting set is integrated at both the front and rear, enhancing visibility and safety on the road. The crankset consists of the Shimano Steps FC-EM600 with a length of 170 mm and a 38-tooth chainring, driven by a KMC x12 Silver drive. The Selle Royal Nuvola 5060 DRC saddle, combined with the Kindshock LEV-SI seatpost – which offers a suspension dropper function with 125 mm of travel – ensures a high level of comfort on longer journeys. Mudguards from SKS and an Atran Velo Rex HV kickstand round off the spec.

The bike is powered by a Shimano EP8 motor with a torque of 85 Nm, which, in combination with a 500 Wh battery, offers powerful assistance and a good range.
