HoheAcht AMO EKO VILAGO

The "AMO EKO VILAGO" from HoheAcht, launched in 2022, is an e-bike that stands out for its well-thought-out features and robust construction. Priced at 3499 EUR, it offers a range of high-quality components suitable for both everyday use and longer rides. The maximum permissible weight is 150 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 28 kg, ensuring a stable and safe ride.

The braking system consists of Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear. These are operated by Shimano BL-MT200 brake levers with a 3-finger steel construction, ensuring reliable braking performance. The brake discs are also by Shimano and measure 180 mm in diameter at both the front and rear, providing additional safety through effective braking power.

Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Steps Nexus SG-C6001 8-speed hub gear system with a freewheel, controlled via the Shimano Nexus SL-C6000 gear lever. The handlebars and stem are from Kalloy – HoheAcht and are made of aluminium, ensuring lightness and stability. The handlebars are 640 mm wide with a 25° bend and a 25 mm rise. The seatpost is also from Kalloy – HoheAcht and features suspension for added comfort.

The bike rides on Mach1 Trucky 30 aluminium rims in size 27.5” and is fitted with Continental CONTACT Cruiser tyres, which provide good traction and a comfortable ride. The saddle is a Selle Royal Nuvola model, designed to ensure comfort on longer rides.

Additional features include SKS mudguards, a Hebie CHAINGLIDER chain guard, an AtranVelo Rex HV kickstand and an ABUS lock to keep the bike secure. The AtranVelo luggage rack has a load capacity of up to 27 kg, making it ideal for carrying luggage or shopping.
