Hercules Rob Fold F5

The Rob Fold F5 from Hercules, launched in 2022, is a versatile e-bike that stands out for its well-thought-out features and solid build quality. The frame is made from Fold Urban aluminium (AL 6061), which gives the bike a robust structure whilst keeping the weight down to 22 kg. With a maximum load capacity of 135 kg, the bike is suitable for a wide range of riders and loads.

The model is fitted with a powerful Performance Cruise GEN3 motor, delivering 250 watts of power and 65 Nm of torque. Combined with a Bosch Standard battery with a capacity of 500 Wh, this ensures reliable assistance on longer rides. The Bosch Intuvia display ensures user-friendly control of the drive system.

Riding safety is ensured by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes – specifically the MT200 model – together with Shimano BL-MT201 brake levers. The front Shimano SM-RT10 brake disc has a diameter of 180 mm, enabling efficient braking performance. Gear changes are operated via the Shimano Revoshifter, which is coupled to a Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub on the rear wheel.

The rigid aluminium fork and the Schwalbe Big Apple tyres with RaceGuard ensure a stable and comfortable ride. The handlebars, a Trekking AL model, are fitted with ergonomic grips and, together with the adjustable stem, allow for a customisable riding position.

Visibility on the road is ensured by the HERCULES FH 40 LED front light, which provides up to 40 lux, and the Busch & Müller 2C LED rear light mounted on the luggage rack. Practical features such as the i-Rack system carrier with spring-loaded flap, SKS plastic mudguards and the Massload CL-KA47 double-leg stand round off the specification.

The Selle Royal LookIn Relaxed saddle and the Kalloy seatpost guarantee comfort on longer journeys. The bike is also fitted with an ABUS battery lock, which offers additional security. The Herrmans Slyde chain guard helps to protect your clothing.
