Hercules Rob Fold 10

The "Rob Fold 10" model from Hercules, launched in 2024, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its well-designed features and robust construction. The frame is made from eFold Series AL6061, a lightweight yet sturdy aluminium alloy that allows for a maximum load capacity of 135 kg whilst weighing just 25 kg itself. This foldable e-bike is designed for riders between 155 cm and 200 cm tall, making it highly versatile.

The Rob Fold 10’s braking system is fitted with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, featuring a 180 mm front disc and a 160 mm rear disc. The Shimano BR-MT200 brakes, together with the Shimano MT201 brake levers, ensure reliable braking performance. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore RD-M5120 10-speed rear derailleur, controlled via the Shimano SL-M4100-R shifter.

The rigid aluminium fork and the touring handlebars with a 37° backsweep provide a comfortable riding position. The adjustable Satori UP2+ stem offers additional customisation options. The Selle Royal Nuvola saddle and the Limotec S1 seatpost with 50 mm of travel contribute to comfort on longer rides. The tyres are Schwalbe Big Ben Performance tyres with RaceGuard technology, fitted to Strongman DDM-1 rims.

The e-bike is fitted with a Bosch Performance Line Smart System motor, which delivers 250 watts of power and 75 Nm of torque. The Bosch PowerPack battery, with a capacity of 545 Wh, ensures sufficient range, whilst the Bosch Intuvia 100 display allows you to control the motor and view key riding information.

Other features include a sturdy Massload CL-KA88 two-leg stand, Curana Apollo mudguards and a Monkey Load luggage rack with a system carrier and spring-loaded flap. An ABUS DR3 X-Plus lock provides additional security. The lighting consists of a Hercules FS-50 front light with up to 50 lux and a Comus RZ-100 COB-LED rear light.

Priced at 3,999 EUR, the Rob Fold 10 is positioned in the upper segment of the e-bike market, but offers a comprehensive range of features and high-quality components that justify the price. It is an ideal companion for commuters and leisure cyclists who value quality and reliability.
