Hercules Intero I-R8

The 2023 Hercules Intero I-R8 is a high-quality e-trekking bike that impresses with its well-thought-out features and solid build quality. The frame is made from eTrekking R9-Series aluminium (AL 6061), which gives the bike a robust structure whilst keeping the weight down to 26 kg. The maximum load capacity is 135 kg, providing ample space for both rider and luggage.

The Intero I-R8’s braking system is fitted with Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, featuring a 180 mm front rotor and a 160 mm rear rotor. The Shimano BL-MT201 brake lever ensures reliable and precise braking force transmission. The Fit Display Compact allows for easy monitoring of the key riding parameters.

Other features include a Selle Bassano Volare XL City saddle, mounted on a Kalloy SP-383 seatpost with 45 mm of travel, and an adjustable A-Head stem. The Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tyres with GreenGuard technology (50-622) offer excellent puncture protection and good grip. An i-Rack system carrier with a spring-loaded flap ensures that luggage can be transported safely.
