Hercules Intero I-R5

The "Intero I-R5" model from Hercules, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-trekking bike priced at 3,999 EUR. The frame is made from eTrekking R9-Series aluminium (AL 6061) and offers a sturdy yet lightweight construction. With a maximum load capacity of 135 kg and a kerb weight of 26 kg, the bike is robust and suitable for a variety of uses.

The braking system is fitted with Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, featuring a 180 mm front disc and a 160 mm rear disc. The bike also features a coaster brake. Gear changes are controlled via a Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub with a Shimano Revoshifter as the gear lever. The SR Suntour NEX fork offers 63 mm of travel and is adjustable with a lockout function, providing additional comfort.

Lighting is provided by a HERCULES FH 50 LED front light with up to 50 lux and a Busch & Müller Toplight 2C LED rear light, ensuring good visibility and safety when cycling at dusk or in the dark. The bike is fitted with Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tyres, which provide good puncture protection thanks to GreenGuard technology.

The handlebars are Ergo City AL with a 15° backsweep and a width of 640 mm, enabling a comfortable riding position. The Selle Bassano Volare Icon XL saddle and the Kalloy SP-383 seatpost with 45 mm of travel contribute to a comfortable riding experience. The bike is also fitted with an i-Rack luggage rack, SKS mudguards and a Pletscher Comp Flex 40 kickstand.

Power is provided by a GX Force Pro FIT motor with an output of 250 watts and a torque of 75 Nm. The FIT Intube battery offers a capacity of 630 Wh, which, together with the FIT Display Compact, ensures intuitive operation. An FIT 4 A charger is included in the scope of delivery.
