Hercules Futura Compact 10

The Hercules Futura Compact 10, launched in 2024, is a compact e-bike renowned for its versatility and robust construction. The frame is from the eCompact Series, made from AL6061 aluminium, which gives the bike a solid yet lightweight structure. Weighing 25 kg and with a maximum load capacity of 135 kg, the Futura Compact 10 is stable and reliable, making it ideal for everyday use. It is suitable for riders between 155 cm and 200 cm in height, making it a flexible choice for a wide range of users.

The bike is equipped with a Shimano Cues RD-U6000 10-speed rear derailleur, which, in combination with the Shimano SL-U6000R shift lever, offers precise and smooth shifting performance. The Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (MT200), with a 180 mm front rotor and a 160 mm rear rotor, ensure safe braking performance in a variety of conditions. The fork is rigid and made of aluminium, which contributes to the bike’s overall stability.

Comfort and ergonomics are ensured by the Trekking Zecure handlebars with a 35° backsweep, combined with an adjustable stem that allows for height adjustment of up to 150 mm. The Selle Royal Look-In Relaxed saddle and the Limotec S1 seatpost with 50 mm of travel provide additional comfort on longer rides. The Schwalbe Big Ben Performance tyres offer reliable puncture protection and good handling characteristics thanks to their RaceGuard technology.

Power is provided by the Bosch Performance Line Smart System motor, delivering 250 watts of power and 75 Nm of torque. The Bosch PowerPack battery, with a capacity of 545 Wh, offers a suitable range for urban rides and longer trips. The Bosch Intuvia 100 display offers intuitive operation and clear information on riding conditions.

Other features include a Monkey Load rack with a spring-loaded flap for easy luggage transport, Curana Apollo aluminium mudguards, and a Standwell rear stand for secure parking. An integrated ABUS DR3 X-Plus lock provides additional security. The Futura Compact 10 is available at a price of €3,799 and offers a balanced combination of performance, comfort and functionality for discerning cyclists.
