Hercules Futura Comp I-12

The "Futura Comp I-12" model from Hercules, released in 2022, is a high-quality trekking e-bike that stands out for its well-thought-out features and advanced technology. Priced at 3999 EUR, this bike offers excellent value for money for discerning cyclists. The frame is made from aluminium from the Trekking Sport Series and is optimised for the integration of the Bosch Powertube battery, giving the bike an elegant and modern look. The maximum load capacity is 135 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 26 kg.

The Shimano MT410 hydraulic disc brakes, together with the Shimano BL-MT402 brake levers and the 180 mm Shimano SM-RT30 front brake disc, ensure reliable braking performance in all conditions. Gear changes are controlled via the Shimano Deore RD-M6100 rear derailleur and the Shimano Deore SL-M6100 shifter, which enable precise and responsive gear changes. The SR Suntour NCX-D LO fork, with 63 mm of travel, air suspension and a lockout function, contributes to a comfortable ride.

For lighting, the Futura Comp I-12 is fitted with a HERCULES FH 40 LED front light, which delivers up to 40 lux, and a Busch & Müller 2C LED rear rack light. Security is provided by an ABUS IT2.1 battery lock with an XPlus cylinder. The fourth-generation Bosch Performance CX motor, with its 250 watts and 85 Nm of torque, provides powerful assistance, whilst the Bosch Powertube battery, with a capacity of 625 Wh, ensures a long range. The Bosch Intuvia display allows for easy control and monitoring of the system settings.
