Green’s Ashford R625

The “Ashford R625” model from the “Green’s” brand, launched in 2024, is a well-designed, high-specification e-bike that, at a price of 3,399 EUR, is positioned in the mid-range market. The aluminium frame provides a solid foundation and contributes to a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, which is more than sufficient for most riders.

The Ashford R625 is fitted with a Shimano Nexus 8-speed gearbox, which ensures smooth and reliable gear changes. For safe braking, Shimano MT200 brakes with a coaster brake function are fitted; these are also made of aluminium. The SR Suntour NEX E25-HLO fork, with 50 mm of travel and a steel-sprung steel steerer tube, ensures comfort on uneven roads.

For lighting, a Herrmans MR-GO front light (30 lux) and an AXA Juno rear light are integrated, both powered by the system battery. Ergonomic grips enhance comfort on longer rides, whilst the Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency Performance tyres, featuring puncture protection and reflective strips, ensure safety and durability. SKS mudguards and the adjustable Ursus Mooi kickstand round off the spec. The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Active Plus Smart System motor, which provides assistance with an output of 250W and a torque of 50Nm. The maximum speed is 25 km/h. The Bosch PowerTube battery, with a capacity of 625 Wh, offers a decent range, whilst the Bosch Intuvia 100 display with LED remote ensures easy operation. Charging is carried out using the Bosch Standard Charger 4Ah, which ensures efficient power delivery.
