GASGAS G Trail 2.0

The GASGAS G Trail 2.0 model from 2022 is a versatile mountain bike that is equipped with a variety of high-quality components and is offered at a price of EUR 4499. The frame is made of a robust aluminium alloy (Alloy 6061) and offers a suspension travel of 150 mm. Thanks to the integrated battery and the Boost standard, the bike is both modern and powerful. The permissible total weight is 130 kg, which ensures a robust design and high load capacity.

Braking power is provided by a SRAM 4-piston hydraulic system with disc brakes, which are equipped with a 203 mm SRAM Centerline brake disc at the front and a 180 mm disc at the rear. Shifting is provided by the SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed system, which is controlled by a single-click gear lever. The RockShox Revelation RC fork with DebonAir air suspension and the RockShox Deluxe Select+ shock also offer 150 mm and 230x65 mm of travel respectively, providing excellent damping and control.

The bike is equipped with GASGAS aluminium pedals and a forged GASGAS EC40 crankset. The SRAM PG-1210 crankset offers a gear ratio of 11-50 teeth, which together with the SRAM SX Eagle drivetrain ensures efficient power transmission. The handlebar is a GASGAS riser with a width of 780 mm, a sweep of 9 degrees and a rise of 15 mm, which enables comfortable and controlled steering.

The Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres in size 29x2.4 are mounted on Mach 1 TRUCKY 30 rims, which are tubeless-ready and fitted with stainless steel spokes. The hubs are GASGAS DA210F at the front and DA210R at the rear, both with thru-axles for added stability.

The drive is provided by a Yamaha PW-ST motor with an output of 250 W and a torque of 70 Nm, while the Simplo Tube battery with a capacity of 630 Wh ensures a sufficient range. The Yamaha Display A provides a clear display of all important information.

The geometry of the bike is designed for a balanced riding position with a reach of 475 mm, a stack of 647 mm and a wheelbase of 1292 mm. The head tube angle is 66 degrees and the seat tube angle is 74 degrees, which ensures both stability and agility. The chainstay length is 475 mm and the bottom bracket is lowered by 28 mm, which further optimises the riding characteristics.
