Fuji BLACKHILL EVO 27,5+ 1.1

The 2021 "BLACKHILL EVO 27.5+ 1.1" from Fuji is a high-quality e-mountain bike designed for challenging trails and off-road adventures. The frame is made from Fuji A6-SL aluminium, which houses an integrated Bosch Power Tube battery with a capacity of 625Wh. The frame is also fitted with a 4-bar suspension system and features a tapered head tube design as well as Boost 148x12mm dropouts with a replaceable derailleur hanger.

The bike’s braking system consists of TRP G-Spec Trail S hydraulic disc brakes with 4-piston calipers and 203mm rotors, controlled via TRP G-Spec Trail S two-finger brake levers. Shifting is handled by the SRAM NX Eagle system with X-Actuation technology, which is controlled via an SRAM NX Eagle trigger shifter. The fork is a RockShox Revelation RC-A3 with Debon Air technology and offers 150mm of travel, whilst the rear shock is a RockShox Super Deluxe Select+ model, which also features Debon Air technology.

The bike is powered by the fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which delivers 250W of power and 85Nm of torque. The motor assists up to speeds of 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch Power Tube 625Wh and can be charged using a 4A charger. The Bosch Kiox display, with its LED screen and USB charging port, features a robust Gorilla Glass surface.

The bike is fitted with an FSA CK-745/IS crankset, which has been specially developed for the Bosch Gen.4 motor. The handlebars are Race Face Affect flat handlebars made of aluminium, with a width of up to 760 mm, depending on frame size. The grips are WTB Waffle grips, which provide extra comfort. The stem is a Race Face Affect R model made of 6061 aluminium.

The tyres are Maxxis Minion DHF at the front and Minion DHR II at the rear, both sized 27.5” x 2.8” and tubeless-ready. The wheels are Oval Concepts E-400 Boost models, which are also tubeless-compatible. The saddle is a WTB High Tail Trail model, designed specifically for e-bikes, and the seatpost is a KS LEV-SI dropper with remote control.
