Focus IZALCO RACE 6.9

The "IZALCO RACE 6.9" model from the Focus brand from 2020 is a road bike that offers a good balance between performance and cost at a price of EUR 1199. The frame of the bike is made of 6061 aluminium and is designed for rim brakes. It has BSA bottom brackets and 130 mm quick release dropouts, with the brake and gear cables routed internally. The total weight of the bike is 8kg, making it a lightweight choice for ambitious riders.

The bike's brakes are Shimano 105 7000 calipers, which ensure reliable braking performance. The front derailleur is also a Shimano 105 R7000, which in combination with the Shimano RS510 crankset with 50/34T enables efficient shifting performance. The stem is also a BBB Basic made of aluminium with a diameter of 31.8 mm and an angle of +/- 7 degrees.

The tyres are Vittoria Zaffiro with the dimensions 700 x 25C, foldable and with a width of 25 mm, which are mounted on a wheelset of 28" Alex Rims ALX-210. These have quick-release skewers, are made of aluminium and have an inner rim width of 17 mm, with 20/24 spokes front and rear. The saddle is a Velo VL-1489 with steel stays, while the seat post is a BBB Basic made of aluminium with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 350 mm, which has an offset of 20 mm.

All in all, the IZALCO RACE 6.9 offers solid equipment for road cyclists who value quality and performance without breaking the bank.
