Focus FOCUS SAM² 6.9

The 2023 FOCUS SAM² 6.9 from Focus is a high-performance e-mountain bike that, at a price of 7,999 EUR, is positioned in the premium segment. The frame is made from 7005 hydroformed aluminium and, thanks to F.O.L.D. Gen2 technology, offers 170 mm of suspension travel. The internal cable routing and the 148x12 mm thru-axle ensure a clean look and stability. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg, which is indicative of its robust construction.

The braking system comprises Shimano XT M8120 components with 4-piston calipers and 203 mm rotors at the front and rear, guaranteeing powerful braking performance. The bike’s geometry is optimised for challenging trails, with a head tube angle of 64 degrees and a seat tube angle of 77 degrees, which promotes an aggressive riding position.
