Focus AVENTURA² 6.8

The "AVENTURA² 6.8" model from Focus, released in 2020, is a versatile e-bike characterised by its robust construction and high-quality features. The frame is made from 7005 aluminium and is fitted with a 148x12 mm thru-axle system, which provides additional stability. The internal cable routing contributes to a tidy appearance, whilst the post-mount brake mounts allow for easy installation. Weighing 23 kg, the bike is relatively light for an e-bike in this category.

The AVENTURA² 6.8 is fitted with Shimano MT401 brakes, which ensure reliable stopping power. The drivetrain is a Shimano Deore M6000 10-speed system, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. The SR Suntour XCR 34 RLR fork, with remote lockout and 100 mm of travel, offers comfort and control on uneven terrain. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a Herrmans H-Black MR8 LED front light and a Herrmans H-Trace Micro rear light, which ensure good visibility in low-light conditions.

The bike is fitted with MTB pedals featuring reflectors and features an FSA CK-320 aluminium crankset and a Shimano HG500 sprocket. Power is transmitted via a Shimano CN-HG54 chain. The handlebars are aluminium riser bars with a 15-degree backsweep and a width of 690 mm, which allow for a comfortable riding position. Ergon GP10 grips offer additional comfort on longer rides.

The aluminium stem is 70 mm long and has a 35-degree angle. The Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres, size 2.25 (57 mm), are fitted to a 29-inch wheelset, ensuring good traction and stability. The Ergon ST-10 saddle and the aluminium seatpost, with a diameter of 31.6 mm, contribute to the bike’s comfort.

The bike is fitted with painted aluminium mudguards and features a Racktime Snap-It luggage rack, which can carry a maximum load of 25 kg. Power is provided by a Bosch Performance CX Gen4 motor with 75 Nm of torque and an output of 250 W, which assists up to a speed of 25 km/h. The battery has a capacity of 625 Wh (17.3 Ah) and is controlled via the Bosch Purion display.
