Focus ATLAS 6.7

The Focus ATLAS 6.7, released in 2023, is a versatile bike available for €1,999. The frame is made of aluminium and is fitted with disc brake mounts. It features a BSA bottom bracket and a 148x12 mm thru-axle. The internal cable routing ensures a tidy appearance. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 11 kg.

The ATLAS 6.7’s brakes are fitted with Shimano GRX ST-RX400 and BR-RX400 components, with 160 mm brake discs fitted at both the front and rear. The derailleur system consists of Shimano GRX RD-RX400 components and offers a reliable 10-speed gearing system. The shift levers are also Shimano GRX ST-RX400 and support the 10-speed system. The crankset is a Shimano GRX FC-RX600, also designed for 10-speed use, and is complemented by a Shimano CS-HG5010 cassette. Power is transmitted via a Shimano Tiagra CN-4601 chain.

The bike’s fork is made of carbon and features a 110x12 mm thru-axle as well as a flat disc brake mount. It offers internal brake cable routing and several mounting points for accessories. The handlebars, a FOCUS JD RA85, have a drop of 116 mm, a reach of 74 mm and a flare of 10°, ensuring a comfortable riding position. The aluminium stem has a diameter of 31.8 mm and an angle of 6°, with a stem length of 70 mm.

The rims are WTB ST i23 TCS models, which are tubeless-ready, and the tyres are WTB Riddler in size 700 x 45C, ensuring good traction and comfort. The hubs are from Novatec, with the D041 hub at the front (12x110 mm) and the D982TSB hub at the rear (12x148 mm). The saddle is a WTB SL8 model, mounted on an aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm and no set-back.

In terms of geometry, the ATLAS 6.7 offers a reach of 380 mm and a stack of 582 mm. The top tube length is 552 mm, the head tube angle is 71 degrees and the seat tube angle is 74 degrees. The head tube is 129 mm long, whilst the chainstay length is 425 mm. The bottom bracket drop is 75 mm, the fork offset is 50 mm, and the standover height is specified as 789 mm. The crank length is 170 mm and the wheelbase measures 1030 mm in total. These specifications make the ATLAS 6.7 a well-balanced bike that is suitable for both road and off-road use.
