FLYER Upstreet3 7.10

The "Upstreet3 7.10" model from FLYER, launched in 2022, offers a well-thought-out combination of comfort and performance, ideal for urban commuting or longer cycle tours. Priced at 4,949 euros, this e-bike is positioned in the premium segment, which is reflected in its specifications. The Comfort frame ensures a comfortable riding position and makes getting on and off the bike easier.

The e-bike is fitted with a Magura MT5 4P hydraulic disc brake, complemented by Magura Carbotecture brake levers. The brake discs measure 203 mm at the front and 180 mm at the rear, ensuring reliable braking performance. The gear system consists of a Shimano Deore RD-M5130-GS LinkGlide with 10 speeds and an 11–43t cassette, controlled via the Shimano Deore SL-M5130 LinkGlide shift lever.

A comfortable ride is ensured by the SR Suntour Mobie45 Air fork with 60 mm of travel and a 15 x 100 mm axle. Lighting is provided by the Busch & Müller IQ-XS Friendly front light and the Busch & Müller 2C rear light, ensuring safety in the dark. The pedals are FLYER Wellgo, whilst the Samox EC40 crankset has a length of 170 mm and a 38t chainring.

Power is transmitted via a Shimano CN-LG500 chain, which works in harmony with the Shimano Deore CS-LG600 Linkglide sprockets. The FLYER Cruise handlebars, with a 42° angle and a width of 640 mm, offer a comfortable hand position, supported by the FLYER Comfort grips. The Satori All Up stem is height-adjustable, allowing for individual adaptation to the rider’s needs.

The Mach1 Trucky rims are fitted with Schwalbe Super Moto tyres in size 27.5 x 2.4 (62-584), which ensure good road holding. The hubs are from Bear Pawls, whilst DT Swiss Champion spokes are used. The Selle Royal Viaggio saddle, combined with the bySchulz G.2 ST seatpost, offers additional comfort.

Other accessories include SunnyWheel mudguards, a Pletscher Comp 40 Flex kickstand and an Abus Shield 5650L lock, which is linked to the battery via the YourPlus system. The FLYER Racktime luggage rack with integrated spring-loaded flap offers practical transport options.

The Panasonic GX Ultimate motor, combined with the FLYER SIB-750 battery (750 Wh / 20.1 Ah / 36 V), ensures powerful propulsion and a long range. The FIT D0 display, featuring a 2-inch colour screen, provides all the key information at a glance. The package is rounded off by the FLYER Fast Charger, which enables rapid charging with an output of 6A at 36V.
