FLYER Upstreet1 7.43

The "Upstreet1 7.43" model from FLYER, launched in 2022, is a versatile and comfortable e-bike, priced at 4,349 EUR. The frame is designed in the ‘Comfort’ style, which allows for an upright riding position and enhances riding comfort. The Shimano BR-M6000 hydraulic disc brakes, together with the Shimano BL-T6000 brake levers, ensure reliable braking power. A Shimano Deore SM-RT54ME brake disc with a diameter of 180 mm is fitted at the front, whilst a 160 mm Shimano Nexus coaster brake disc is used at the rear.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano Nexus 5-speed derailleur, which, together with the Gates Carbon Drive CDX belt drive, ensures a quiet and low-maintenance ride. The Shimano SL-C7000-5 bk 5S shifter enables precise gear changes. The FLYER Rigid Fork contributes to the bike’s stability, whilst lighting is provided by a Supernova Mini 2 front light and a Busch & Müller 2C rear light.

Other features include FLYER Wellgo pedals and a Samox EC33 crankset with a length of 165 mm and a Gates G3 55T BCD 130. The sprocket is a Gates CDX with 32 teeth, and the drive consists of a Gates CDX with 120 teeth. The handlebars are FLYER Riser bars with an 11° angle and a width of 660 mm, complemented by FLYER Comfort grips. The Speedlifter Twist Pro SDS stem is adjustable for height and angle, offering additional customisation options.

The rims are FLYER Disc, fitted with Schwalbe Pick Up tyres in size 20 x 2.15 (55-406). The front hub is a Formula CL-25 with 32 spokes, and the rear hub is a Shimano Nexus SG-C7000-5D, also with 32 spokes. The saddle is the Selle Royal Essenza+ model, mounted on an SR Suntour SP12 NCX seatpost with 50 mm of travel.

Additional comfort and security are provided by SKS B65 mudguards, a Pletscher Comp 40 Flex kickstand and an Abus Shield 5650L lock with the YourPlus One-Key system. The FLYER Racktime luggage rack is fitted with an integrated spring-loaded flap. The e-bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line motor, combined with a Bosch PowerTube 500 battery (500 Wh / 13.4 Ah / 36 V) and controlled via a Bosch Intuvia display. A Bosch standard charger with 4A charging capacity completes the specification of the Upstreet1 7.43.
