FLYER Upstreet SL 3.12 XC

The "Upstreet SL 3.12 XC" model from the FLYER brand from 2024 is a versatile e-bike that is characterised by its robust and high-quality components. With a price tag of EUR 3999, it offers solid equipment that is suitable for both urban use and light off-road adventures. The frame is made of aluminium and contributes to a total weight of 18 kg, while the maximum permissible weight is 130 kg. The bike is designed for people between 175 cm and 185 cm tall.

Braking power is provided by the Tektro T280 brake system with flat mount, which is installed both at the front and rear. The brake levers are also from Tektro and offer reliable deceleration in combination with the 180 mm and 160 mm brake discs at the front and rear. The gears are controlled by the Shimano SL-U4010 CUES shifter with 9 gears, with the Shimano CS-LG400 CUES cassette offering a range of 11-46t.

The bike has a FLYER Rigid Fork fork, which ensures stability and control. Lighting is provided by the FLYER ONE HL-2 front light and a MonkeyLink Recharge ready rear light. The VP 831P pedals and the Samox EC40 crankset round off the drive components. The handlebars and stem are part of the FLYER ONE Carbon Cockpit SL, which gives the bike sporty handling.

The DT Swiss G540 rims in combination with the Vittoria Terreno Classic Sidewall tyres ensure good traction and a comfortable ride. The bike is equipped with a Formula CL-712 front hub and a Formula RXC-142A rear hub. The Selle Royal Vivo saddle and the FLYER Alloy seat post offer comfort on longer rides.

The drive is provided by the Bosch Smart System Performance Line SX, supported by a Bosch CompactTube 400 battery with a capacity of 400 Wh. The associated Bosch System Controller Display enables easy control of the motor power. A Bosch Standard Charger 4A charger is also included in the scope of delivery.

In addition, the bike is equipped with a Hebie IC stand and a battery lock as well as a Bosch eBike Lock via app, which increases safety. The geometry of the bike, with a reach of 415 mm, a stack of 640 mm and a wheelbase of 1131 mm, ensures a balanced riding position and comfortable handling.
