FALTER T 2.0

The "T 2.0" model from FALTER, launched in 2024, is a versatile bicycle whose well-thought-out technical specifications make it suitable for both everyday use and longer rides. The bike’s trapezoidal frame not only gives it an attractive appearance but also ensures a stable and comfortable ride. Weighing 16 kg and with a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, the T 2.0 offers a robust construction designed to meet a wide range of requirements.

The braking system consists of Tektro 855AL aluminium V-brakes at both the front and rear, operated via Shimano ST-EF41 brake levers. This combination ensures reliable braking performance in a variety of conditions. The gear system is also supported by Shimano ST-EF41 components and comprises a total of 21 gears, complemented by the Shimano Tourney FD-TY600 front derailleur. This setup allows for flexible adaptation to different types of terrain.

The Suntour SF16-NEX-P-700C fork, with 63 mm of travel, contributes to a comfortable ride by effectively absorbing bumps in the road. Lighting is provided by the MATRIX Sport Eco 20 Lux front light and the MATRIX ZD 943 rear light, which ensure good visibility and safety on the road. The Marwi SP-823 pedals and the Shimano Tourney FC-TY301 crankset, with 48x38x28 teeth and a length of 170 mm, support efficient power transfer when pedalling.

The drivetrain is powered by the KMC Z7 chain, whilst the Shimano CS-HG200 cassette, with 12–32 teeth and a 7-speed configuration, provides a wide range of gear ratios. The MATRIX HL-NR-18 handlebars, with a width of 625 mm and a 9-degree bend, together with the MATRIX VLG-428D2 grips, offer comfortable handling whilst riding. The MATRIX MQ-527 stem, 85 mm in length, and the MATRIX VP MH-308E headset complete the steering assembly.

The wheelsets consist of X-Alt X2 rims with 36 holes, fitted with Continental Ride Tour Reflex tyres, which are renowned for their durability and good grip. The front hub is fitted with a Shimano DH-C3001 quick-release axle and the rear with a Shimano FH-TX500 quick-release axle, both also with 36 holes. The saddle on this model is a Seller Royal Ariel, mounted on a Post Moderne Glide suspension seatpost measuring 27.2 x 350 mm, which offers additional comfort.

Other accessories include SKS mudguards, an Ursus Mooi kickstand and an Atran Tour 365 luggage rack, making the bike suitable for everyday use. Priced at 749 EUR, the FALTER T 2.0 offers excellent value for money for anyone looking for a reliable and well-equipped bike.
