FALTER H 3.0

The "H 3.0" model from FALTER, released in 2024, is a sturdy and reliable bicycle that stands out for its well-balanced features and robust construction. Priced at 799 EUR, it offers good value for money. The wave-shaped frame allows for easy mounting and contributes to a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, whilst the bicycle itself weighs 18 kg.

The braking system consists of aluminium V-brakes at both the front and rear, operated by aluminium 4-finger brake levers. The gear system is a Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gear, controlled via the Shimano Nexus SL-C3000-7 gear lever, offering reliable and low-maintenance gear changes. The Unicrown rigid fork, made from Hi-Ten steel, ensures stability and durability.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with a Büchel City LED front light (20 LUX) and an LED rear light with a parking light function, both powered by a 3-watt Shimano DH-3N31 hub dynamo. The pedals are made of plastic, and the bottom bracket is a square-tapered model. The crankset consists of a MATRIX steel crank with 44 teeth and a length of 170 mm, complemented by a 21-tooth sprocket and a KMC drive.

The handlebars are chrome-plated MATRIX steel Dutch-style handlebars, fitted with ergonomic TPE Kraton grips. The stem is made of stainless steel and is 40 mm long. The headset is a MATRIX Kids model with a one-inch diameter. The rims are made of aluminium and each have 36 spoke holes, whilst the tyres are CST Classic Tradition Reflex, sized 47-559.

The front hub is fitted with the Shimano DH-3N31 hub dynamo and the rear hub with the Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gear system with coaster brake. The galvanised spokes contribute to the bike’s durability. The Wittkop Classic saddle offers comfort, whilst the seat post is made of steel and has a tapered design.

Additional features of the H 3.0 include painted steel mudguards, a closed Hesling chain guard, an aluminium centre stand, a mechanical frame lock and a tubular steel luggage rack with a spring-loaded flap, all of which contribute to the functionality and practicality of this model.
