FALTER F 6.0 COMFORT

The FALTER F 6.0 COMFORT model from 2024 is a well-designed and functional folding bike, available for 1,199 EUR. The bike’s folding frame makes it easy to handle and store in a space-saving manner, whilst its total weight of 14 kg further enhances its portability. With a maximum load capacity of 110 kg, the bike is suitable for both everyday use and longer rides.

The FALTER F 6.0 COMFORT is fitted with a Shimano Nexus 7-speed gear system, operated via the Shimano Nexus SL-7S10 gear lever. This system offers reliable and user-friendly gear changes. Both the front and rear brakes are aluminium V-brakes, supported by aluminium brake levers with 4-finger operation, ensuring safe and effective braking performance.

The Unicrown rigid fork, made from Hi-Ten steel, ensures stability and durability. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a Spanninga Kendo HL2800 LED front light (35 lux) and a Spanninga Linea RLL LED rear light with a parking light function, both powered by a Shimano DH-F703S hub dynamo. This ensures that the rider remains clearly visible even in poor lighting conditions.

The bike is driven by a Gates CDNB115 belt, combined with a Gates CDN crankset and sprocket, enabling a low-maintenance and quiet ride. The MATRIX components, such as the 540 mm wide aluminium handlebars, the ergonomic grips, the folding stem with quick-release mechanism and the aluminium seatpost, contribute to a comfortable ride.

The bike is fitted with Kenda K-1045 Reflex tyres mounted on hollow-section aluminium rims, ensuring good road holding and durability. The MATRIX VL-6167 saddle, together with the adjustable seatpost, offers additional comfort. Practical features such as the aluminium luggage rack with a tension strap, the MATRIX plastic mudguards and the aluminium centre-mounted kickstand round off the overall package.

With a top tube length of 624 mm, a head tube angle of 72 degrees and a seat tube angle of 75 degrees, the FALTER F 6.0 COMFORT offers balanced geometry for a comfortable riding position. The 1050 mm wheelbase contributes to stability, whilst the 40 mm fork offset and 294 mm fork height enhance handling. Overall, the FALTER F 6.0 COMFORT is a well-equipped folding bike that stands out for its versatility and user-friendliness.
