FALTER F 5.0 DELUXE

The "F 5.0 DELUXE" model from FALTER, launched in 2021, is a versatile and robust bicycle that is suitable for both everyday use and leisurely rides. Priced at EUR 829, it offers excellent value for money. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, which contributes to the bike’s stability and lightness. With a total weight of 14 kg and a maximum load capacity of 110 kg, it is suitable for a wide range of users.

The bike is fitted with a Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gear system, which ensures simple and reliable operation. The gear lever, also from Shimano Nexus, ensures smooth gear changes. The brakes are aluminium V-brakes, which, together with the aluminium brake levers, provide effective braking performance. A special feature is the coaster brake, which offers additional safety when braking.

The bike features a rigid fork made from Hi-Ten steel in a unicrown design, which ensures stable and precise steering. Lighting is provided at the front by a Spanninga Kendo HL2800 LED headlight with 35 LUX and at the rear by a Spanninga Linea RLL LED rear light with a parking light function. Both lights are powered by a Shimano hub dynamo, which ensures a reliable power supply.

The drivetrain consists of a KMC chain, an aluminium crankset with 46 teeth and a Shimano sprocket with 16 teeth. The pedals are MATRIX folding pedals, which make the bike space-saving. The handlebars are also by MATRIX, made of aluminium and finished in black, with a width of 540 mm and ergonomic grips for a comfortable ride.

The bike has aluminium hollow-section rims with 28 spoke holes and is fitted with Kenda K-1045 tyres featuring reflective strips. The front hub is fitted with a Shimano DH-F703S hub dynamo and the rear hub with a Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gear system. The spokes are made of stainless steel, which contributes to the bike’s durability.

The saddle, a MATRIX model, together with the aluminium seat post, ensures comfort on longer rides. Plastic mudguards offer protection against dirt and splashes, whilst the chain guard on both sides is also made of plastic. A sturdy aluminium centre stand makes it easy to park the bike. The aluminium luggage rack is fitted with a tension strap and offers space for luggage or shopping.
