FALTER E 9.3 SE RT 500 Wave descent black

The "E 9.3 SE RT 500 Wave descent black" model from FALTER, released in 2023, is a versatile e-bike available at a price of 3,499 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from 6061 aluminium, resulting in a total weight of 26 kg and allowing for a maximum load capacity of 150 kg. Braking performance is provided by Shimano AMT200 hydraulic disc brakes, with brake levers from the same manufacturer, model BL-MT200. The front brake disc has a diameter of 180 mm and uses the Centre Lock system, whilst the rear brake disc has a diameter of 160 mm with a 5-bolt system.

The e-bike’s gear system is a Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub gear with a coaster brake, operated via the Shimano Nexus SL-C7000-5 gear lever. The Suntour NEX-E25-DS suspension fork offers 63 mm of travel and provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. The lighting comprises a Herrmans MR4 LED front light with 35 lux and a Herrmans H-Cargo LED rear light. The pedals are Marwi SP-823.

The drivetrain comprises the KMC e1 EPT chain set, combined with a MATRIX Delta crankset with 38 teeth and a 30-tooth rear sprocket. The handlebars are 630 mm wide, with a 30-degree bend and a 7 mm rise, fitted with MATRIX ergonomic grips. The stem is angle-adjustable and measures 110 mm in length.

The wheels consist of black aluminium hollow-wall rims with 32 holes, fitted with Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tyres in size 55-622. The front hub is a Shimano HB-TX505 and the rear hub is a Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal gear hub with a coaster brake, connected by black stainless steel spokes.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Orbis model, mounted on a suspension MATRIX Harmony seatpost. Mudguards made from 65 mm wide profiled plastic sheet provide protection against splashing water. A Horn Catena 18 chain guard ensures the chain remains safe and clean. The Ursus King 2 rear stand provides stability when the bike is parked.

An Abus Model 4750L lock, which is keyed alike with the battery lock, provides additional security. The Massload aluminium luggage rack is fitted with the MIK system and a spring-loaded flap.

The Bosch Performance Line mid-drive motor, with an output of 250 watts and a torque of 65 Nm, provides powerful assistance. The semi-integrated Bosch PowerPack battery has a capacity of 500 Wh and is controlled via the Bosch Intuvia display, enabling intuitive operation.
