FALTER C 1.0

The "C 1.0" model from FALTER, launched in 2021, is a robust and well-equipped bicycle priced at 389 EUR. The steel frame, with a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, provides a solid foundation for everyday use. The bicycle itself weighs 18 kg and is fitted with a range of functional components that ensure both safety and comfort.

The braking system consists of aluminium Promax TX123D V-brakes, complemented by Promax BL-39AP brake levers, which deliver precise and reliable braking performance. The 3-speed Shimano Nexus hub gear system with coaster brake ensures ease of use and adaptability to different riding conditions. The Shimano Nexus SL-3S42 gear lever supports smooth gear changes.

The bike’s rigid fork is a Unicrown Hi-Ten design, promising durability and stability. Lighting is provided by a Büchel City LED front light with 20 LUX and a Büchel Piccadilly LED rear light with a parking light function, both powered by a Shimano hub dynamo. This ensures reliable lighting without the need to change batteries.

The MATRIX crankset, with 38 teeth and a length of 170 mm, is made of steel, whilst the Shimano 19-tooth sprocket and the KMC drivetrain ensure efficient power transmission. The MATRIX Cruiser handlebars, made of steel with an aluminium finish, are 620 mm wide and offer a comfortable ride, enhanced by Herrmans grips.

Additional features such as the 36-hole aluminium rims, Rubena Flash V66 Reflex tyres and galvanised spokes contribute to durability and safety. The Selle Royal saddle and steel seatpost provide comfort on longer rides. Practical details such as the semi-enclosed chain guard, the Massload centre stand and the steel-tube luggage rack with spring-loaded flap round off the overall package, making the FALTER C 1.0 a versatile everyday companion.
