Excelsior Road Cruiser E Deep

The "Road Cruiser E Deep" model from Excelsior, released in 2024, is an electric bike fitted with a robust aluminium Deep frame measuring 53 cm. Weighing 16 kg in total, it offers a solid yet lightweight design capable of supporting a maximum rider weight of up to 120 kg. It is powered by an ANANDA “M129F” front motor with an output of 250 watts and a voltage of 36 volts, which is powered by a GREENWAY YJ145 battery with a capacity of 468 Wh. The battery is charged using a GREENWAY charger rated at 42 V and 2 Ah.

The bike features a 7-speed SHIMANO ‘Nexus’ RBN gear system, operated via a SHIMANO ‘Nexus’ gear lever, ensuring a reliable gear-changing experience. The brakes are high-quality MAGURA “HS 11” models, which ensure safe deceleration at both the front and rear, supported by MAGURA brake levers. The fork is made of aluminium, which contributes to overall stability and riding comfort.

Safety in the dark is ensured by the CONTEC “DLUX” front light with a 30 lux LED and the CONTEC “TL-335” rear light with a parking light function. The tyres are MAXXIS “Overdrive” in size 47-622, fitted with a reflective strip to increase visibility. The rims are Velotek “EVO 1” with 36 holes, fitted with stainless steel spokes measuring 2.34 mm in diameter.

The handlebars are an aluminium HL City model with a width of 620 mm, and the grips are VP Tour for added comfort on long rides. The adjustable aluminium stem allows for customisation to suit individual needs. The SELLE ROYAL “Essenza” saddle and the aluminium patented seatpost, with a diameter of 27.2 mm and a length of 300 mm, offer additional comfort.

Other features include MARWI “SP-823” aluminium pedals, a THUN “Cartridge” bottom bracket with a 128 mm stroke, and an aluminium/steel crankset. The chainring consists of a 38-tooth SHIMANO at the front and an 18-tooth at the rear. Plastic mudguards and a plastic chain guard are fitted to protect against the elements. The adjustable URSUS “King 2” aluminium kickstand ensures stability when stationary, whilst the CONTEC “Powerloc” frame lock provides additional security.

The luggage rack is made of aluminium and features a three-strut design to securely hold the Greenway battery. The ANANDA “D13” LCD display allows you to easily monitor key riding data.
