The “TX22 Cross” model from the “e-bike manufaktur” brand, released in 2021, is a high-quality e-bike which, at a price of 5,749 EUR, is positioned in the upper mid-range. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and features a Bosch interface as well as 100 mm of suspension travel, ensuring stability and comfort. Weighing 31 kg, it is one of the more robust models.

In terms of brakes, the TX22 Cross is fitted with Shimano Deore XT BR-M8100 disc brakes, each with a diameter of 180 mm at both the front and rear. The brake levers are also from the Shimano Deore XT series, ensuring reliable and precise braking performance. The derailleur is a Shimano Deore XT RD-M8100 with 12 speeds, controlled via the Shimano Deore XT SL-M8100 I-Spec EV shifter.

The TX22 Cross’s fork is a Suntour Mobie25 Air with 100 mm of travel and a lockout function, which, in combination with the Rock Shox Monarch RT3 shock absorber, ensures a comfortable ride. Adequate lighting is provided by the Busch & Müller IQ-XS-E front light with 70 LUX and a parking light, as well as the Busch & Müller Shine Evo LED rear light with a parking light.

Other features include the Marwi SP-102 flat aluminium pedals, a Miranda aluminium crankset measuring 170 mm in length, and a KMC chainring with 38 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano Deore CS-M6100 with a gear range of 10–51 teeth. The handlebars are Humpert Ergotec ergonomic handlebars with a width of 680 mm, and the grips are Ergon GP1 models with screw-on clamps. The stem is a Humpert Ergotec Barracuda, whilst the headset is an Acros AZX-212.

The rims are Schürmann YAK 25 Disc aluminium hollow-section rims, fitted with Schwalbe Marathon Plus MTB tyres in size 57-584 with reflective strips. The hubs are Shimano Deore XT models (front: HB-M8110, rear: FH-M8110) and the spokes are black Niro 2.0 mm. The saddle is an Ergon SFC30 model mounted on a height-adjustable EXA KSP900i seatpost with a handlebar remote.

The bike is fitted with aluminium mudguards from Racktime Wingee, a Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand and a frame-integrated luggage rack with the Racktime system and a spring-loaded flap. Power is provided by a fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX mid-drive motor rated at 250 watts, powered by a fully integrated 36-volt Bosch lithium-ion frame battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The Nyon display, with its 3.2-inch colour touchscreen and remote, rounds off the specification and offers a modern user interface.
