The “8CHT Wave” model from the “e-bike manufaktur” brand, released in 2022, is a high-quality electric bike that stands out for its technical sophistication and solid build quality. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is fitted with a Bosch interface, which not only lends the bike stability but also gives it a modern look. Weighing 28 kg, it provides a robust foundation for long rides and everyday use.

Safety is ensured by the Shimano Deore BR-M6000 disc brakes, each with a diameter of 180 mm, fitted to both the front and rear. The Shimano Deore BL-T6000 brake levers complement the braking system and offer reliable control. Gear changes are smooth and continuous via the Enviolo TR CVP system with an Enviolo CT twist grip, allowing for comfortable adaptation to different riding conditions.

The Suntour Mobie25 Air fork, with 100 mm of travel and a lockout function, ensures a comfortable ride on uneven terrain. Lighting is provided by the Supernova Mini 2 Pro front light with high beam and the Herrmans H-Trace rear light, both featuring a parking light function to increase visibility in low-light conditions.

The bike’s drivetrain is based on the Gates CDX drive belt, combined with a Miranda aluminium crankset and a Gates CDX pulley. The fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor delivers 250 watts of power and is powered by a fully integrated Bosch frame battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The Nyon display, featuring a 3.2-inch colour touchscreen and remote control, enables intuitive operation and information display whilst riding.

Further features include the Humpert Ergotec City Cruiser handlebars and Ergon GP1 grips, which ensure comfort, as well as the Humpert Ergotec Octopus 50 stem, which is angle-adjustable. The Ryde Andra 40 Disc aluminium hollow-section rims and Schwalbe Super Moto-X tyres contribute to the bike’s durability and reliability. For added comfort, a Selle Royal Essenza saddle and a Humpert Ergotec Atar seatpost are fitted.

The bike is also equipped with practical components such as SKS plastic mudguards, a Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand and a Racktime Stand-it luggage rack with a spring-loaded flap. The price for this fully equipped model is 5,499 EUR.
