The “15ZEHN EXT 45km/h” model from the “e-bike manufaktur” brand, released in 2022, is a high-performance e-bike that stands out for its high-quality features and technical sophistication. Priced at EUR 6,399, this model offers a wide range of features suitable for both everyday use and challenging tours. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is fitted with a Bosch interface, ensuring stability and compatibility with the Bosch drive system. The e-bike’s total weight is 34 kg.

To ensure reliable braking performance, the e-bike is fitted with Magura MT-E brakes, featuring 180 mm discs at both the front and rear. The brake levers are 3-finger levers with ball-head designs, enabling precise control. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Deore XT RD-M781 system with 10 speeds, controlled by Shimano Deore SL-M6000 shifters. The Suntour Mobie45 Air fork offers 100 mm of travel and features a lockout function that can be adjusted to suit different riding conditions.

The e-bike is powered by a fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line Speed mid-drive motor with an output of 250 watts. The fully integrated Bosch frame battery has an impressive capacity of 1,125 Wh. The Kiox colour display with remote control and Bluetooth functionality rounds off the technical specifications, offering the rider intuitive control and monitoring of ride data.
