The “13ZEHN Wave” model from the “e-bike manufaktur” brand, launched in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike priced at EUR 4,899, placing it in the upper mid-range. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium and is fitted with a Bosch interface, providing a solid and durable foundation for the e-bike. Weighing 26 kg, the bike is robust yet still easy to handle.

The braking system on the “13ZEHN Wave” consists of Shimano Deore BR-MT410 brakes with 180 mm discs at both the front and rear, controlled by Shimano Deore BL-M4100 brake levers. This combination ensures reliable braking performance in a variety of conditions. The derailleur is a Shimano Deore XT RD-M8000, 11-speed, Shadow Plus, which, in conjunction with the Shimano Deore SL-M5100 shift levers, enables precise and smooth gear changes.

Riding comfort is ensured by the Suntour Mobie25 Coil fork with 100 mm of travel and a lockout function, mounted on a 27.5" aluminium frame. Lighting is provided by a Supernova Mini 2 Pro front light with high-beam function (160/100 LUX) and a Herrmans H-Trace rear light, both featuring a parking light function.

The drive system is powered by a fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX mid-drive motor, delivering 250 watts. The fully integrated Bosch frame battery, with a capacity of 625 Wh, ensures an impressive range. Controls are via a 3.2-inch Nyon colour touchscreen with remote function, enabling intuitive operation.

Further features include the Miranda aluminium crankset with a 38-tooth KMC chainring, the Shimano SLX CS-M7000 cassette (11-speed, 11–46 teeth), and the KMC E11 EPT drivetrain. The handlebars are Humpert Ergotec ergonomic handlebars with a width of 630 mm, complemented by Ergon GP1 grips with screw clamps. The stem is a Humpert Ergotec Octopus 50, which is angle-adjustable, and the headset is an Acros AZX-212, tapered.

The Schürmann YAK 25 Disc aluminium hollow-section rims are fitted with Schwalbe Super Moto-X tyres (62-584, reflective). The front hub is a Shimano Alivio HB-MT400 and the rear a Shimano Deore XT FH-M8000, both with Centre Lock and 36 holes, connected by black 2.0 mm spokes. The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza model, mounted on a Humpert Ergotec Atar seatpost.

In addition, the e-bike features SKS plastic mudguards, a Pletscher Comp Flex rear stand and a Racktime Stand-it luggage rack without struts but with a spring-loaded flap.
