Cube Touring Hybrid Pro 625 black´n´metal

The "Touring Hybrid Pro 625 black’n’metal" model from Cube, released in 2024, is a versatile e-bike available at a price of 3,049 EUR. The robust frame is made from Superlite aluminium and is manufactured using Gravity Casting Technology, ensuring high stability and low weight. The Efficient Comfort Geometry and the fully integrated battery contribute to a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing design. The frame also features a 1.5-inch head tube and an Integrated Carrier 3.0, which increases the bike’s load-carrying capacity and versatility. The maximum load capacity is 140 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 27 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors at the front and rear. Gear changes are handled by an 11-speed Shimano Deore RD-M5100-SGS rear derailleur, operated via the Shimano Deore SL-M5100 Rapidfire-Plus shift levers. The SR Suntour NVX30 coil fork, with its 63 mm travel, offers additional comfort and control on uneven terrain.

The lighting comprises a CUBE Shiny front light with 50 lux and an ACID Mudguard PRO-E rear light, both powered by 12V DC. The pedals are ACID PP trekking models, which ensure a secure grip. The crankset consists of an ACID E-Crank with 40 teeth and a length of 170 mm. The Sunrace cassette offers a gear ratio of 11–51T, and the drivetrain is powered by a KMC X11 chain.

The handlebars are CUBE Comfort Trail Bars, 700 mm wide, complemented by ACID Travel Comfort grips. The stem is a CUBE Comfort Stem Pro with a diameter of 31.8 mm and is fully adjustable. The headset is an ACROS AZF-1031 featuring Zero-Stack technology.

The rims are CUBE EX23 models, which are tubeless-ready and feature 36 spokes. The tyres are Schwalbe Big Ben Performance with K-Guard puncture protection in size 55-622. The hubs are from Shimano (HB-TX505 at the front and FH-TX505 at the rear) and are fitted with CentreLock.

The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence Comfort, mounted on a CUBE Suspension seatpost HD with a diameter of 30.9 mm. The saddle is clamped using a CUBE Screwlock Semi-Integrated clamp with a concealed tool.

Additional features include ACID 65 mudguards, an ACID FM Pure kickstand and an ACID Integrated Carrier 3.0 luggage rack, which is compatible with CUBE adaptors.

The bike is powered by a Bosch Drive Unit Performance Generation 3 motor with 75 Nm of torque and an output of 250 watts, supported by the Bosch Smart System. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube 625 with a capacity of 625 Wh, which is charged using a Bosch 2A charger. The display is a Bosch Intuvia 100, which clearly shows all relevant information.
