Cube Touring grey´n´green

The "Touring grey'n'green" model from Cube, released in 2022, is a versatile trekking bike available for 729 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from Superlite aluminium and, thanks to its Trekking Comfort geometry and double-butted construction, offers a balanced combination of stability and lightness.

Reliable V-brakes provide the braking power, whilst the gear components are supplied by Shimano. The model is fitted with a Shimano RD-M310 8-speed rear derailleur and a Shimano ST-TX800 shifter. The front derailleur is a Shimano FD-M310 Topswing with a clamp size of 31.8 mm.

The SR Suntour NEX fork, with 63 mm of travel, ensures comfort on uneven paths. The bike’s lighting comprises a 15-lux LED front light and an ACID Mudguard Rear Light PRO-D rear light, which is powered by 6V AC.

The bike is fitted with CUBE PP trekking pedals, and the crankset consists of Shimano FC-TX801 components with a chainring combination of 48x38x28T and a crank arm length of 175 mm. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG200 with a 12–32T range, and the chain is a KMC Z72.

The bike’s handlebars are CUBE Comfort Trail Bars with a width of 660 mm, complemented by CUBE Performance grips. The stem is an HL Adjustable model with a clamp size of 31.8 mm, and the headset is a CUBE H863, 1 1/8", semi-integrated.

The rims are CUBE SX24 with 36 spokes, designed for V-brake systems. The tyres are CUBE Impac Streetpac, size 42-622. The front hub is a Shimano DH-C3000 hub dynamo, whilst the rear hub is a Shimano FH-TX800 model.

The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence Comfort, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using a CUBE Screwlock clamp with a diameter of 31.8 mm.

Additional features include ACID 53 BB-Mount mudguards, a CUBEstand Cmpt kickstand and an ACID semi-integrated luggage rack, which is compatible with the ACID RILink adapter. Overall, the Cube Touring grey'n'green model offers a solid specification for comfortable and safe riding on a variety of surfaces.
