Cube Touring EXC grey´n´orange

The "Touring EXC grey'n'orange" model from Cube, released in 2022, is a versatile trekking bike available for 949 EUR. It is fitted with an Aluminium Superlite frame, which is both lightweight and robust thanks to its Trekking Comfort geometry and double-butted technology, ensuring a comfortable and stable ride.

The bike’s brakes are Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors at the front and rear, providing reliable stopping power in all weather conditions. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Deore RD-T6000 10-speed rear derailleur, operated via Shimano Deore SL-M6000 Rapidfire-Plus shift levers. The front derailleur is a Shimano Deore FD-T6000 Top-Swing with a 31.8 mm clamp.

The SR Suntour NEX HLO fork, with 63 mm of travel and a lockout function, ensures additional comfort on uneven terrain. For lighting, the bike is fitted with a CUBE Shiny 50 front light and an ACID Mudguard Rear Light PRO-D rear light, both of which ensure good visibility in the dark.

The bike features ACID PP trekking pedals and a Shimano FC-T521 crankset with 48x36x26T chainrings and an Octalink BB-ES300 bottom bracket with 175 mm crank arm length. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG500 with an 11–34T range, and the drivetrain uses a KMC X10 chain.

The handlebars are 660 mm wide CUBE Comfort Trail Bars with Natural Fit Comfort grips, combined with an adjustable CUBE Comfort Stem Pro with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset is a semi-integrated CUBE H863.

The rims are CUBE ZX20 with 32 spokes and disc brake mounts. The tyres are Schwalbe Range Cruiser in size 47-622, which provide a good balance between comfort and rolling resistance. The front hub is a Shimano DH-3D37 hub dynamo with quick-release and Centre Lock, whilst the rear hub is a Shimano FH-TX505 with quick-release and Centre Lock.

The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence Comfort model, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using a CUBE Screwlock with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The bike is also fitted with ACID 53 BB-Mount mudguards to protect against splash water, as well as a CUBEstand Cmpt kickstand and an ACID Semi-Integrated Carrier, which is compatible with the ACID RILink adapter.
