Cube Reaction Pro verde´n´green

The “Reaction Pro verde’n’green” model from Cube, released in 2022, offers a balanced blend of performance and comfort at a price of 1299 EUR. The frame is made from Aluminium Lite and features double-butted tubing thanks to Advanced Mechanical Forming (AMF) technology. This ensures high stability whilst keeping the weight low. The internal cable routing, the tapered head tube, the flat-mount brake mounts and the SIC and FM kickstand mounts all emphasise the bike’s modern and clean-cut look.

For the braking system, Cube has opted for Shimano XT BR-M8100 hydraulic disc brakes, fitted with a 180 mm front rotor and a 160 mm rear rotor. The drivetrain consists of the Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS ShadowPlus 12-speed rear derailleur, which, in combination with the Shimano Deore SL-M6100-IR Rapidfire-Plus shifter, enables precise and fast gear changes.

The RockShox Judy Silver TK Air suspension fork, with 100 mm of travel and a PopLoc remote, offers good damping and control on uneven terrain. The drivetrain comprises the Shimano FC-MT611 crankset with a 32-tooth chainring and the Shimano Deore CS-M6100 10-51T cassette, offering a wide gear range for varying riding conditions. The Shimano CN-M6100 drivetrain ensures efficient power transfer.

The handlebars are 720 mm wide CUBE Flat Race Bars, which, in combination with the CUBE Performance Stem SL, ensure comfortable and controlled steering. The ACID React Pro grips offer extra grip and comfort. The headset is a semi-integrated CUBE FPH868, which ensures precise steering.

The CUBE ZX20 rims with 32 spokes are robust and durable. The hubs are from Shimano: the HB-M4050 at the front and the FH-MT401 at the rear, both featuring quick-release mechanisms and Centre Lock brake disc mounts. The Natural Fit Venec Lite saddle and the CUBE Performance seatpost, with a diameter of 27.2 mm, offer comfort even on longer rides. The saddle is clamped using the CUBE Varioclose with a diameter of 31.8 mm.
