Cube Reaction Hybrid EXC 750 29 smokylilac´n´black

The "Reaction Hybrid EXC 750 29 smokylilac'n'black" model from Cube, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-mountain bike priced at 3,499 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from Superlite aluminium and is manufactured using Gravity Casting technology. It features Agile Ride Geometry, a 1.5 headtube and Boost 148. The frame is designed for a fully integrated battery and offers advanced internal cable routing as well as mounting points for a kickstand, mudguards and a luggage rack.

The bike is fitted with Magura hydraulic disc brakes, each with four pistons at the front and rear and brake discs with a diameter of 203 mm. The drivetrain is a 12-speed SRAM NX Eagle™, operated via an SRAM SX Eagle™ trigger shifter, which is specifically designed for e-bikes with a single-click function. The RockShox Judy Silver TK Air fork offers 120 mm of travel and is approved for e-mountain bikes. It features a tapered steerer tube, a 15x110 mm thru-axle and a lockout function.

Other features include CUBE PP MTB pedals, an ACID E-Crank crankset with a length of 175 mm and a 38-tooth chainring, and a SRAM PG-1210 Eagle™ cassette with a 11–50-tooth range. The handlebars are a 720 mm wide CUBE Rise Trail Bar, combined with ACID React Pro grips and a CUBE Performance Stem E-MTB stem with a 31.8 mm diameter.

The headset consists of an ACROS AZF-1034 with integrated cable routing and zero-stack bearings (1 1/2" top and bottom). The rims are Rodi TRYP30, which are tubeless-ready and fitted with Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres in size 2.6. The hubs are from Shimano (front: HB-MT400-B, rear: FH-MT400-B) and are also designed to the Boost standard and fitted with Centre Lock brake disc mounts.

The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence model, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm. The saddle is clamped using a CUBE Screwlock Semi-Integrated clamp with a concealed tool and a diameter of 36 mm.

At the heart of the e-bike is the Bosch Performance CX Generation 4 motor, delivering 85 Nm of torque and 250 watts of power, complemented by the Bosch Smart System. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube 750, which is controlled via the Bosch Kiox 300 display. A Bosch 4A charger is used for charging.
